Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Bulk Background Remover ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service removes image backgrounds locally in your browser. A free trial allows up to 15 images. A one-time payment of $18 unlocks lifetime access for up to 800 images per batch.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Creem.io. The $18 lifetime unlock is a one-time charge with no subscription. Because access is granted immediately upon payment, all sales are final unless required by law.

4. License

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may use processed images for personal or commercial projects. You may not resell or redistribute the Service itself.

5. Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the images you upload and must have the rights to process them. Do not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
